At Cdeck Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to making returns and
refunds simple and efficient.

1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by navigating to the “Account” section in the
top menu within 24 hours. Once the cancellation request is processed, the refund will be
initiated within 24–48 business hours.

  1. Partial cancellation of products is not allowed; the entire order must be cancelled.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
  3. Discounts and promotional offers may not apply if the order is cancelled.
  4. If an order is cancelled during shipment, the refund will be processed after the products received at our warehouse.

 
2. Returns
You can return products within 7 days of delivery by email us – info@cdeckfashion.com
Returns are only allowed once per order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.
Returns without original packaging or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
 
3. Refunds
For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 7–10 working days after
the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse.
For Cash on Delivery Orders:
You will receive store credits which you can use to buy another product. The credits will be
valid for 365 days.


Important Notes:

  1. Coupons or discount codes used during checkout will be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.
  2. Refunds will only be processed once products are verified and deemed returnable.

 
4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please mention the same reason when you are placing a return request. Along with this, also provide video and photo evidence of the package opening process. Our team will arrange for a return pickup within 4-5 business days.
Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected at our warehouse.
 
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not accepted if:

  1. The product is damaged due to misuse
  2. Packaging, labels, or accessories are missing or tampered with
  3. The product is altered or defective but outside warranty
  4. Return requests are made after 7 days
  5. Free gifts or promotional items are involved
