What are Cdeck 7 days Return Policy?
Cdeck has no return pickup policy. We accept exchange only in below given conditions:
- Customer received defective/Dusty product.
- Product received by customer is not as per order.
An order can be cancelled before it is confirmed by Cdeck. Once the order is confirmed, a customer can raise a request for cancellation by contacting Cdeck. Orders which require any kind of customization/alteration or orders which are placed on special request with prior confirmation from the buyer cannot be cancelled. In case such orders are cancelled, the buyer will bear the entire cost incurred by Cdeck and/or their supplier. Refund will be initiated to the buyer after necessary deductions.
How do I cancel my order?
Customer will have to call us at 9653543969 (Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM), or send an email to support@cdeckfashion-com-491334.hostingersite.com and request for the order cancel. If emailed, a Customer Service Associate from Cdeck will get in touch with you within 24-48 Hrs. Upon verification, they will assist you with order cancellation.
Can Cdeck cancel my order?
Cdeck reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. If you have made full payment or partial payment, Money will be refunded to your account within 3 working days from approval of refund. Please note that it might take additional 3-7 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending upon processing time of your bank.

What’s the cancellation fee?
There are no cancellation fees if an order is cancelled before it’s confirmed by Cdeck.
I have made full or partial payment, when will I get my refund?
The money will be refunded to your account within 3 working days from approval of refund. Please note that it might take additional 3-7 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending upon processing time of your bank.
